Repair Orders Made Easy With A Personal Dashboard

 

Compare your repair provides you with a personalised dashboard to manage all your repair orders. 

Whether it's a single order with a single issue, single order with multiple issues or multiple orders simply manage them all in one place.

To manage your repair orders login to your CYR account using your registered email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, simply reset it using the ‘Forgot My Password’ link.

Once logged in you will be presented with your personalised dashboard.

Here you can see a snapshot of your total orders, ongoing orders, and completed orders. You can select on each order for further information; appointment details, repair store location and opening hours, repair order amount, repair status.

Amend any ongoing orders directly through this option. You can reschedule your appointment date and time as well as cancel any orders no longer required.

The tabs on the right provide you more information on your profile details, order details and reviews. Update or amend any details directly through these tabs.

Manage all your chats with repair stores and any new notifications through the top right tabs.
